Let Loose with Adventure operate under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. We do not deal with flights, which requires complying with certain legislation. We are not IATA bonded but we know someone who is.
This is one of the leading travel agents in the UK. For flights, they access their global distribution system, and subject to airline rules, they can hold seats for up to 72 hours. All airlines now operate an “E-Ticket” system and their staff are trained to be able to use the GDS system to their clients’ best advantage, always checking for the best routes and/or prices. This is an independent travel agency and Let Loose with Adventure doesn't receive anything for you booking with them but they are aware of our trips and offer a service that is managed. This means that you contact them with any queries and would be there for such things as cancelled or missed flights, changes to departures and ash clouds.
