Let Loose on Expedition

The World has some very exciting mountains to climb! Here is a suggestion of some of them. We do not have set dates for these trips, our company is not big enough but we can put them together. That doesn't mean you have to be a group, register your interest and we will then promote the trip to make it run. Our service is very personal; we work with you to understand exactly what you want to get out of the trip. We use local staff and services ensuring they get the benefit - after all, many of them are our friends.
Morocco and Mt Toubkal
4167 metres, the highest in N. Africa, situated in the Atlas Mountains and the home of the Berbers.

Morocco is one of my favourite places; friendly people, vibrant market places, and great hospitality.
Fly into Marrakech, 7 nights stay with two days of acclimatisation trekking, food and accommodation, supported by local staff and mules.

Venezuela and Mt Roraima

Sir Arthur Conon Doyle's Lost World; intriguing flat-topped Tepuy that rise from the jungle floor. This is one of the few Tepuy you are allowed to climb and has its own eco-system. A bizarre plateau with insect eating plants and quartz crystals. This is a supported 4-day trek crossing savannah, tropical and cloud forest, sleeping in tents. Watch out for the dinosaurs!
Tanzania and Kilimanjaro
5896 metres and Africa's highest.

This is a six-day trek on the mountain, so you acclimatise on the way. An early start from the final camp will see you on the summit ridge by daybreak and an awesome spectacle. Local guides and porters support this trip.

Borneo and Mt Kinabalu
4095 metres and the highest peak between the Himalayas and Papua New Guinea.

This is a fascinating two-day trek on the mountain starting in the rainforest and moving up to the mountain slopes. An overnight stay in a refuge, and the summit for daybreak. There is some fixed rope making it more exciting.
